Susan Lagalle
Senior Instructor, Department Chair
Chef Susan Lagalle is a department chair and senior instructor in the International Baking & Pastry Institute. She is also a Certified Executive Pastry Chef with the American Culinary Federation. Previously the Executive Pastry Chef of TAJ Boston, she has also worked professionally as a pastry chef in restaurants and luxury hotels, including The Ritz Carlton in both San Francisco and Boston.
Chef Lagalle is passionate about lifelong learning and passing her experiences to her students and her colleagues. This passion is visible in her co-advising role of the Pastry Arts Club on the Harborside Campus of JWU in Providence.
