  • Massimiliano Zucchi – CEO of La Romana dal 1947, a chain of artisanal gelato parlours founded in 1947 in the historic center of Rimini, Italy. What began as a small shop evolved into a franchise, now with 78 locations across Italy and abroad. 







  • Shelly Hwang – Founder of Pinkberrian Co., an American company supplying products to global brands, including Starbucks, through OEM partnerships. The company has earned trust through strict quality control and the development of fresh raw materials. 







  • Mohammad Alsuri – Learning and Performance Director at AlTazaj, a leading chain of QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) in Saudi Arabia with more than 120 locations. AlTazaj offers a variety of fast food and local meals.
