SIGEP Asia showcases the entire supply chain of Artisan Gelato and presents the peak in excellence and professionalism in the art of Pastry & Bakery.

 

The Chocolate section also bring together the best Italian and foreign manufacturers and chocolate production, machinery, equipment and accessories.

 

The exhibition cover the entire Coffee & Tea supply chain, from specialty coffee beans and tea leaves to roasters, grinders and barista equipment, catering to a wide range of processing techniques and tasting.

The international trade show dedicated to the F&B and Ho.Re.Ca. Foodservice sectors.

The ASEAN market, one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing economic areas with around 620 million inhabitants, is showing an increasing demand for specialized companies offering high-quality products. This trend strengthens the boutique format of the event, which stands out from mass-market exhibitions thanks to its highly selected audience, tailored B2B meetings, and targeted activities designed to highlight the most relevant supply chains.

 

2026 highlights


Gelato World Cup – Asia Selection

The event will feature eight teams from Singapore, Australia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Qatar. The top four ranked countries will qualify for the Gelato World Cup in Rimini in January 2028.

 

 

Bread in the City – Asia Selection

Organized in partnership with SBCTA (Singapore Bakery and Confectionery Trade Association), the competition will involve eight teams from Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and the Republic of Korea. The top two teams will advance to the international final of Bread in the City during SIGEP World in Rimini in 2027.

 

 

Chocolate Pavilion

An immersive celebration of artisanal chocolate excellence, featuring renowned Brand Ambassador Janice Wong and her iconic Chocolate Wall installation. The pavilion will bring together leading bean-to-bar companies, master chocolatiers, and artisanal producers from around the world, offering visitors a unique journey through creativity, flavor, and the art of chocolate making.

 

 

Singapore National Coffee Championships (SNCC)

Now in its third edition, the Singapore National Coffee Championships represent the leading event dedicated to excellence in the specialty coffee industry. Official competitions will include the categories of Barista, Brewers Cup, Latte Art, and Cup Tasters, bringing together the industry’s top talents. Winners of each discipline will have the opportunity to represent Singapore at the prestigious World Coffee Championships 2027.

 

 

Technology & Innovation Pavilion (TIP)

The area will showcase the most advanced technological solutions for the Food & Hospitality industry, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Smart POS, Food Waste Management, and next-generation technologies for professional kitchens. A hub dedicated to innovation, designed to explore the trends shaping the future of the industry.

 

 

ICE Pavilion

The area dedicated to the Italian Trade Agency will host twelve Italian Food & Beverage companies, offering a strategic platform to strengthen and expand their presence in Asian markets. The pavilion will serve as a space for innovation, networking, and the promotion of Italian agri-food excellence on an international level.

 

 

Nightlife & Entertainment Pavilion

The area will come to life through an innovative open bar concept developed in collaboration with Fabbri and Tedcaster. The pavilion will also host the Buyers & Exhibitors Networking Event from the second day of the exhibition onwards, providing an important opportunity for international buyers, industry associations, and exhibitors to connect in a dynamic environment dedicated to professional networking.

 

 

Main Stage | Fringe Events

The Main Stage will host 13 events including demos, showcookings, and masterclasses led by international Brand Ambassadors from the worlds of pizza, chocolate, gelato, pastry, coffee, and pasta. Among the confirmed special guests is Vincenzo Capuano, who will take the stage on June 17 for an exclusive event dedicated to the art of contemporary pizza.

 

 

Specialty Coffee Association Area

One of the key reference points for the coffee sector, the area will host cupping sessions, guided tastings, and networking opportunities dedicated to industry professionals. A space designed to encourage dialogue, knowledge sharing, and the strengthening of the international specialty coffee community.

 

 

Pizza Corner

Developed within the AVPN area, the Pizza Corner will feature partner companies including Sori, Regà, Manna Forni, Gi.Metal, and Molino Dalla Giovanna.

 

 

Panettone Masterclass

Following the success of last year’s Asian selection, Panettone returns to SIGEP Asia in the form of the masterclass “The Secrets of Panettone Revealed by the Greatest Masters: The Italians”, led by Maestro Giuseppe Piffaretti in collaboration with Chef Saverio Busato from the Culinary Institute of America. The masterclass will focus on the tradition, technique, and artisanal excellence of authentic Italian panettone. The project will be supported by sponsors including Agrimontana, Eurovanille, Molino Dalla Giovanna, and Elle & Vire.

 

 

IFBA Roundtable

Now in its third edition, the IFBA Roundtable will return with new strategic topics and important international networking opportunities.

 

 

RAS Symposium

Organized by the Restaurant Association of Singapore, co-organizer of the event, the symposium will bring together leading figures from the F&B and hospitality industries across the region.

 

 

UIBC Congress 2026

Held alongside SIGEP Asia & Restaurant Asia 2026, the UIBC Congress 2026 will bring together master bakers, pastry chefs, and bakery & confectionery professionals from around the world. Their presence at the exhibition will be highlighted during the opening day, with participation in the Opening Ceremony and an exclusive lunch hosted in the VIP Lounge.

 

 

Worldchefs Lounge

A space exclusively dedicated to networking, institutional meetings, and exchanges among the international chefs’ community. The lounge will also host the official cocktail receptions for the Awards Ceremonies of the Gelato World Cup – Asia Selection and Bread in the City – Asia Selection, offering a prestigious setting to celebrate excellence in the international gastronomic industry.

 

 

Brand Ambassadors Program

Launched this year, the Brand Ambassadors Program brings together seven internationally recognized figures, each representing one of the key sectors of the Foodservice industry and the pillars of SIGEP:

  • Antonio Brancato, Pizza Brand Ambassador and founder of Anto Pizza e Aperitivi, recognized as the number one pizzeria in Singapore and ranked 15th in Asia by 50 Top Pizza;

  • Janice Wong, Chocolate & Pastry Brand Ambassador and founder of Janice Wong Pure Imagination;

  • Natasha Chiam, Gelato Brand Ambassador and CEO of Ice Cream Cookie & Co;

  • Matteo Pertoldi, Bakery Brand Ambassador and owner of Atipico;

  • Emi Fukahori, Coffee Brand Ambassador and winner of the World Brewers Cup 2018;

  • Justin Foo, Technology Brand Ambassador and founder of HosPro Hospitality Intelligence;

  • Lee Yum Hwa, Pasta Brand Ambassador and founder of Benfatto.

 

Through their involvement, the program aims to connect opinion leaders, chefs, entrepreneurs, and international Foodservice professionals, creating new opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and sponsorship for companies looking to strengthen their presence in the Asian market.

In addition to reinforcing the international community of SIGEP Asia & Restaurant Asia, the Brand Ambassadors act as a strategic driver for the development of the Activations: exclusive networking and brand experience events designed to enhance partnerships and foster high-level connections within the hospitality and Food & Beverage industries.

The first Activation will take place next Tuesday at Anto Pizza e Aperitivi and will be dedicated to BE WTR, a Singapore-based company specializing in premium and sustainable filtered water solutions for luxury hospitality.

 

 

IEG XP – Visitor Experience

Through the IEG XP – Visitor Experience program, visitors will gain access to a range of exclusive benefits designed to enhance their experience during the exhibition. The program will include travel deals, accommodation offers, dining experiences, and selected lifestyle perks, providing opportunities to experience Singapore through premium services, exclusive partnerships, and curated experiences.

 

 

Speed Dates & Dedicated Tours

In addition to the Hosted Buyers Programme, networking activities dedicated to exhibitors will continue through targeted formats such as Speed Dates and Dedicated Tours. Building on the success of last year’s edition, dedicated buyer tours will once again be organized in collaboration with ACAPS, IFBA, and ARAA, with the aim of fostering strategic meetings and highly targeted business opportunities.

Among the new features for 2026, new Speed Date Sessions will also be introduced in collaboration with ACA (Airline Catering Association), the Indonesian Hotel Purchasing Association, and Brand Cellar, a local media agency that will bring highly profiled buyers and key professionals from the hospitality and Food & Beverage sectors.
