Event
CNA Rimini brings to the CNA Emilia-Romagna stand an exclusive event celebrating the dialogue between extra virgin olive oil and artisanal gelato, two symbols of Italian craftsmanship.
The protagonists will be the olive oil producers of Rimini and Maurizio Saggion, representative of the Produciamo Romagna project, a system-level initiative dedicated to the enhancement of local supply chains.
Through a guided tasting, visitors will discover how extra virgin olive oil – a product with a millennia-old history and an expression of culture, expertise and territory – can meet the freshness and innovation of artisanal gelato in a surprising pairing.
An opportunity to promote artisanal businesses, showcase local typical products and enhance collaboration among associations, consortia and professionals.
An emotional moment that tells values through the knowledge and flavors of the territory; a light yet precious experience to taste and understand the deep meaning behind the choice of artisanal quality.
