The Italian Pastry Championship staged in the PastryArena at SIGEP World 2025.
Organized by Conpait and Italian Exhibition Group, the championship saw the participation of pastry chefs over the age of 21 from all over Italy and represented a moment of maximum professional value that celebrated excellence and creativity in Italian pastry making.
