At SIGEP WORLD 2027, Bread in the City, the international bakery championship, returns to the stage, bringing together teams from around the world as they compete for the title of champion.
Now in its 7th edition, the competition, organised in collaboration with Richemont Club Italy, will see 8 teams from around the world, each made up of 2 candidates and 1 coach, compete in a series of challenges:
