Mohammad Alsuri is a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) professional with over 12 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Performance at Al Tazaj, he leads a high performance team to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. His expertise lies in developing innovative L&D strategies, designing competency models and creating digital learning platforms that optimise training delivery and performance management.
Throughout his career, Mohammad has successfully designed and launched in-house academies, digital platforms and competency frameworks, impacting thousands of employees across multiple locations.
His leadership in developing and implementing training solutions has consistently led to improved operational performance and increased learning efficiency. In particular,
he led the creation of an academy for Al Tazaj, launching basic programmes and a digital performance tracking platform that was deployed in over 120 restaurants in Saudi Arabia.
Mohammad holds the ATD Master Trainer certification and is a certified Key Performance Indicator (KPI) professional. He is fluent in Arabic, English and German and brings a strategic vision to talent development, focusing on leadership development, performance management and operational effectiveness.
