Lorenzo Sirabella, born in 1993, is a Neapolitan from Ischia.
After graduating from high school, he decided to change his course of study and devote his life to his true passion, which is cooking. So he decided to take a course in baking and pizzerias, which provided him with optimal training to deal with dough preparation, knowledge of flours, fillings and ovens, in short, all the basics not to improvise.
After some seasonal experience, in 2015 he met Enzo Coccia of the famous Pizzaria La Notizia in Naples and joined the team. In 2016, he was put in charge of the pizzeria department at O'Sfizio d'a Notizia, Enzo Coccia's latest creation.
Lorenzo's growth is remarkable, having the opportunity to expand his knowledge of raw materials, preparations, doughs, and the way of impiattare. From 2015 to 2018 Lorenzo is in charge of creating and managing events on behalf of Coccia. In 2018, he collaborated on the writing of the book “Pizza Fritta” by Enzo Coccia. In September 2018, Lorenzo is contacted to direct the kitchen of DryMilano, the first venue in Italy to develop a Pizza & Cocktail format.

New experience for Lorenzo who has the opportunity to vary his pizza proposal, experimenting with new types of doughs and combinations. During this experience he also has the opportunity to develop knowledge in management by taking care of all the kitchen management. Since 2022 Lorenzo is no longer only in charge of the Food part of DryMilano, but he becomes the Director of the restaurant, taking care of the complete management of the business structure.
