Imma Iovine

Imma Iovine was born in Castellammare di Stabia, in the province of Naples, on February 28, 1988. Among the first significant encounters in her professional journey is undoubtedly her meeting with master pastry chef Denis Dianin. Later, she reconnected with one of the mentors she met during her training, Diego Crosara, and worked alongside him as the head of the laboratory for the luxury brand Marchesi 1824 until September 2021. She then took on the role of pastry chef at the historic Cucchi 1936 patisserie in Milan. Currently, she serves as the corporate pastry chef for the pastry concepts offered in the various luxury concept stores of the Vincenzo Dascanio brand.
