Carlotta Fabbri

Carlotta Fabbri, born in 1984, represents the fifth generation of the founding family of Fabbri1905, a historic Italian company in the food industry that has always been committed to offering high-quality ingredients for gelato and pastry shops. She began her career in communications in 2005, collaborating with specialized agencies and as a reporter for Il Resto del Carlino. In 2012, she joined Fabbri1905 with a strategic role at the Argentine production branch, strengthening the company's presence in South America. Upon returning to Italy, she took on increasing responsibilities in the commercial and marketing areas, contributing to the global expansion of the brand. Among the most recent projects is the opening of the Fabbri Shop under the Two Towers of Bologna. She is a promoter of the enhancement of gelato products and industry innovation, and is also active in social initiatives related to inclusion, training, and support for vulnerable youth. She holds the position of President of the Gelato Products Group of Unione Italiana Food. She is committed to the international promotion of Italian artisanal gelato and the development of exports for the supply chain, as well as training young people on authentic Italian artisanal Gelato.
