Alberto Polojac is the owner of Imperator srl, a company that has been importing the best raw coffees from all over the world for three generations, and director of Bloom Coffee School, the training part within the company.
He is also an authorised SCA Trainer in all modules, since 2012 Q Arabica Grader from the Coffee Quality Institute, since 2019 Q Processing professional and since 2021 Q Instructor for the CQI.
He has to his credit the publication of the book GREEN COFFEE IN A BOOK, co-written with Andrej Godina for Medicea Editions.
Since 2020 Alberto has been editor-in-chief of Coffee Today.
