TEO - The Eating Out Hub is the digital platform that brings together in one place all the events in the food&beverage value chain organised by Italian Exhibition Group, with the aim of providing virtual content throughout the year.
TEO contains the digital extension:

- BBTech expo - The Beer and Beverage Technologies Show

TEO - The Eating Out Hub is intended to engage exhibitors in a new hybrid form of event that does not end with the trade show, but continues throughout the year, multiplying networking and matchmaking opportunities.
By using the platform, you will be able to boost your contacts and business opportunities with buyers and visitors.
Take these simple steps to start using TEO:
► complete your showcase page with all the necessary information (social media profiles, multimedia content like photos and video);
► update the product catalogue, without omitting your new ones;
► include your co-workers in the team;
► upload the events you will organise during the show and build your diary.
Everything you need to make the most of the event
With the TEO App (The Eating Out Hub), you can easily organize your visit and always keep your appointment schedule at your fingertips.
Here are all the features of the new App:

Exhibitors from A to Z: all exhibitors at the show, right in your pocket. Quickly find the hall where your favorite brands are located and tap the heart icon to add them to your favorites.

Interactive Map: easily locate exhibitors and navigate through the halls.

Digital Ticket: your ticket to access the show. Generate a QR code to use inside the halls as a digital business card to share your contact details.

Digital Agenda: send meeting requests to exhibitors directly from the app.

Exhibitor Highlights: discover the latest product launches and innovations presented during the event.

Event Program: find all competitions, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and tastings. Filter by location and day, and save your favorite sessions to build your personalized schedule.
Note: If you experience issues using the interactive map, please update the app or reinstall it.
New feature: Job Offers Section
The digital platform TEO - The Eating Out Hub, is enriched with new interesting features: one of these is the section "Jobs", within which each user can enter job applications and job offers.
If you are looking for staff for your company, you can publish your own ad. Here’s how to do it:
- Enter the reserved area, open the drop-down menu "The Eating Out Hub - Sigep" and select "Your digital showcase".
- Once you enter the platform, click on the "Jobs" button.
- In the menu on the left click again on "Jobs": now you are ready to publish your ad. Remember that your name and surname appear in the exhibitor profile, so we recommend that you always mention the name of your company and enter an email address to which candidates can send their CV. In the post you can also attach photos and add the link to the open job position.

How can I create or edit my company profile?
Log in to the reserved area at my.sigep.it using your exhibitor credentials (*Google Chrome is recommended).
Once logged in, scroll down the left-hand menu and click on THE EATING OUT HUB – SIGEP WORLD.
Click the arrow to open the submenu: at step 2/3 you can add or edit the following:

Company details
-
Free-form description (max 500 characters)
-
Product categories
-
Brands (to be displayed at the event)
-
Represented companies (if any)
Before exiting, don’t forget to click: Confirm + Save and Exit.
How can I update my company logo?
Log in to the reserved area at my.sigep.it using your exhibitor credentials (*Google Chrome is recommended).
Once logged in, scroll down the left-hand menu and go to step 3/3 of the THE EATING OUT HUB – SIGEP WORLD section.
This will take you to your actual showcase page. Click the pencil icon to enter your company profile and select Company Info.
In the center of the page, you’ll see a preview of your current logo (if none has been uploaded, a default TEO logo will appear). Click “Edit” in the top right corner to upload your company logo.
How can I update product photos and descriptions?
Log in to the reserved area at my.sigep.it using your exhibitor credentials (*Google Chrome is recommended).
Once logged in, scroll down the left-hand menu and go to step 3/3 of the THE EATING OUT HUB – SIGEP WORLD section.
You’ll now access your company showcase. Click the pencil icon to enter your profile and go to the Products section.
Click the “Add” button and fill in the required fields:

Category
Can I access my company profile from the app or my computer?
Yes, you can access your company profile on the SIGEP WORLD digital platform both via app and desktop, without going through the reserved area, by entering the email address your company registered for you.
Important: Only users listed as team members can access and edit the company profile and product information.
Before logging into the digital platform from the app or your computer (without using the reserved area), please check with your company to confirm who has been added as a team member.
Why should I download the App?
The app allows company users registered as team members to scan visitor badges at the stand and quickly save their contact information. The system works even offline and lets you export all scanned badges.
Important: Only users added as team members can access the company profile where the scanned badge data is stored.
Before accessing the digital platform via app or desktop (without using the reserved area), check with your company to confirm who has been registered as a team member.
Lead Scanner Feature

Download the app The Eating Out Hub – SIGEP WORLD.

Tap the scan icon in the bottom-right corner of the event home screen.

In the second tab, scan the QR code on the visitor’s badge.
The app will take a picture of the badge and save it as a contact. A pre-filled contact form will appear, allowing you to:

Review and confirm the collected information

Add useful notes or assign a lead score to remember key details from your first interaction with the visitor.
What happens if the app is offline when I scan a visitor badge?
The Lead Scanner feature works offline, even without Wi-Fi or 4G/5G.
At the end of the day, all scanned QR codes will automatically sync once you're back online — but sometimes the sync may not happen right away.
If that’s the case, go to the My Profile section (bottom left icon) > My Contacts.
You’ll see an icon at the top with a Wi-Fi symbol and a cross, along with a number. Tap this icon to manually trigger the sync.
All your contacts will then appear in your Exhibitor Centre.
My company is exhibiting at SIGEP WORLD, but I don't see the camera icon to scan badges. Why?
The Lead Scanner feature is available only to users registered as team members by their company. Each company has a limited number of team member slots included in their purchased profile.
For example: if company ACME has a basic profile, it may include only one team member. Only that user will see the camera icon in the TEO app and be able to scan badges.
Other users, logged in as standard users, will not see the camera icon and won’t be able to use the scanning function.
If you're missing the icon, it’s likely that you haven’t been registered as a team member. Please check with your company.
