THE HOTEL: THE NEW POTENTIAL MARKET FOR THE FOOD WORLD

The hotellerie sector is rapidly evolving in the Italian market, with new hotels opening and existing ones being renovated. The hotel combines the opportunity for food companies to offer distinctive experiences for customers throughout the day (from breakfast to dinner) along with the development of higher turnover compared to a single establishment. However, the channel, its rules of engagement, and its languages are still little known. During the conference, the results of the Observatory on breakfast and catering in hotels will be presented.
