SIGNATURE BREAKFASTS IN LUXURY HOSPITALITY: THE PORTRAIT MILANO CASE

The event explores the breakfast trend in luxury hospitality through the case history of Portrait Milano hotel, winner of the Best Breakfast at the Best Luxury Hotel Awards 2024.
In collaboration with Brita, the Pastry Arena will transform into an elegant buffet inspired by Portrait Milano's famous breakfast, curated by Cesare Murzilli, Executive Pastry Chef of the hotel.
The area will be set up with tables reserved for buyers, companies, influencers, and industry magazines, offering them an immersive experience in the Portrait signature breakfast. The initiative will be enriched by educational talks dedicated to key topics such as:
- Dining room service in luxury restaurants: the value of staff training.
- Buffet setup: when aesthetics becomes part of the experience.
- The role of water in pastry preparations, with Brita's intervention and a study with Cesare Murzilli.
- The Portrait case: how to transform breakfast into a successful "side" business.
