A major comeback at SIGEP 2026 for the Junior Pastry World Cup, one of the flagship events of the Pastry Arena. This unique international competition, reserved for young talents under the age of 26, welcomes teams from around the world in a challenge that combines technique, creativity, and team spirit. It’s a top-level educational opportunity and a springboard into the world of haute patisserie.
Participating teams include: Australia, Canada, Chile, China, South Korea, France, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, and the United States of America.
The young talents of international pastry will compete on a highly evocative theme: the creative interpretation of a national historical figure who, through their inventions or actions, has profoundly transformed a sector of their country.
Further enriching the Pastry Arena's program, there will be special talks and masterclasses featuring big names in international high-end pastry. These exclusive in-depth sessions are designed to inspire, update, and train professionals and enthusiasts through direct accounts from the protagonists, technical demonstrations, and reflections on the new frontiers of contemporary desserts.
