In this type of competition, contestants will have to demonstrate their manual skills and artistic spirit. Participants will have to go through various stages until the final, where the six best competitors will reach. Here, within a maximum time of 10 minutes, they will have to prepare 4 artistic beverages based on coffee and milk, identical in pairs. Different techniques can be used: decoration and "free pour", and two identical macchiatos must be prepared using the "free pour" technique, to be presented to 2 visual judges, 1 technical judge and a head judge. The championship is valid for the WLAC (World Latte Art Championship).
