ITALIAN LATTE ART CHAMPIONSHIP

In this type of competition, contestants must demonstrate their manual skill and artistic spirit. Participants will have to overcome various stages until the final, where the six best competitors will arrive. Here, in a maximum time of 10 minutes, they will have to prepare 4 artistic drinks based on coffee and milk, identical two by two. Different techniques can be used: decoration and "free pour". Additionally, two identical macchiato espressos must be prepared using the "free pour" technique, to be presented to 2 visual judges, 1 technical judge, and a head judge.
The championship is valid for the WLAC (World Latte Art Championship).
