The roasting competition, which made its international debut in Nice in 2013, is developed over a packed three-day program focusing on: green coffee classification, roasting, and tasting of roasted coffee. The technical jury, under the supervision of an international judge, will have the task of overseeing and assigning the total score to the competitors at the end of the three days. The championship is valid for the WCRC (World Coffee Roasting Championship).
