The roasting competition, which made its international debut in 2013 in Nice, is structured around a packed program lasting a total of three days covering: green coffee classification, roasting, and tasting of the roasted coffee. The technical jury, under the supervision of an international judge, will be responsible for overseeing and assigning the final score to the competitors at the end of the three days. The championship is valid for the WCRC (World Coffee Roasting Championship).
