Coffee in Good Spirits is a fascinating discipline that combines the world of coffee and bartending to create classic or imaginative beverages. In this type of competition, contestants will have 10 minutes to prepare two Irish coffees and two cocktails, hot or cold, based on hot coffee and alcoholic beverages. The championship is valid for the WCIGS (World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship).
