Italy works with partner countries in the development of different agri-food supply chains, through the transfer of Italian skills and knowledge. This is part of an increasingly close and systemic partnership with African countries, to leverage their comparative advantage and ensure more equitable and sustainable development. The Mattei Plan for Africa exemplifies this strategy. During this event, speakers and representatives of partner cooperatives, as well as civil society organizations, will share their insights and lessons learned.
