GELATO COMPETITION FOR HOSPITALITY INSTITUTES

Gelato & Pastry Lab - Pav. C2

The competition, in its second edition, is reserved for students of Hotel Management Schools and Food Professional Training Centers, and is dedicated to the memory of Vittorio Bartyan, owner of Telme and Past-President of Acomag.
The purpose of the initiative is to promote gelato-making activities among young students, stimulate their creativity, and help them become more familiar with the world of gelato.
