COPPA DEL MONDO DEL PANETTONE - FINALE ITALIANA

Gelato & Pastry Lab - Hall C6

Pastry masters from all over Italy gather at SIGEP WORLD to compete and win the title of Italian Champion of the Coppa del Mondo del Panettone. The event is organized by Master Giuseppe Piffaretti and there will be two categories of panettone: traditional and chocolate. This partnership between SIGEP world and the Coppa del Mondo del Panettone inaugurates a joint international project, which will see both organizations working together to spread knowledge of panettone worldwide through training sessions, masterclasses, events, and national and international selections. The Italian final will determine the pastry masters who will have the honor of participating in the prestigious world final, scheduled for November 2026.
