Buyer Matchmaking Platform

1. Log in to the reserved area using the credentials received from noreply.exposervices@iegexpo.it
2. Enter the details of the company contact person in charge of meetings: first name, last name, email and phone number.
3. You can add one or more company contacts, separating names and emails with a semicolon.
4. Add a description of your company in English (max 250 characters, spaces included).
5. You will be able to update your profile until 25 September 2026.

Access the RESERVED AREA

Browse buyer profiles, identify the ones most relevant to your company and send your meeting requests. We recommend accessing every day: profiles are constantly updated and schedules fill up quickly.

Once your appointments are confirmed, you can view and print your agenda directly from the reserved area, in the Buyer Matchmaking Platform section.

Each meeting lasts approximately 20 minutes; buyers will come directly to your stand.

Meetings may start a few minutes late due to difficulties moving around the venue, especially on busier days.

To make your profile more recognisable you can upload:

• a company presentation video (YouTube or Vimeo)
• up to 10 photos (JPG, JPEG, PNG) to make your profile more complete and increase the chances of receiving targeted requests.

• How do I recover my password? Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page. Recommended browsers are Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
• What happens if I don't respond to a request? Requests expire automatically after 48 hours. If you are not interested, we recommend declining with a brief message.
• What do the red slots mean? The buyer is not available in that time slot: they are either absent from the fair or already engaged in another meeting.
• Is it necessary to speak English? Yes. Only if the buyer does not speak fluent English will they be accompanied by an interpreter.
