Biography

Pietro Macellaro is the heir to three generations of pastry chefs and his work is made up of daily commitment, study, creativity and the search for the best raw materials. He creates unique sweets that tell of himself, his land, simple but rich in colours and biodiversity. Every ingredient he uses is researched and represents his land, which he enhances in each of his creations. He is inspired by four fundamental principles: aesthetics, quality, technique and emotion. His Cilento agricultural pastry combines craftsmanship and agriculture, respecting nature and conveying emotions through sweets. Cilento, her land, is the heart of her creations, a place rich in traditions, legends and unique products.
