Biography

Heir to a family tradition born in 1952 in Cattolica, entrepreneur and Master Pastry Chef Paolo Staccoli is today a reference point for international pastry-making and an APEI Ambassador. The heart of the business is expressed through excellence brands such as Staccoli Caffè — confirmed also in 2026 among the Best Bars in Italy by Gambero Rosso with Three Coffee Beans and Three Cups — Staccoli Antica Pasticceria, recognized as a "Historic Shop", Staccoli Pasticceria & Cioccolateria, which also houses the small Staccoli chocolate museum, and the latest opening, Bottega Staccoli in Riccione. A taste ecosystem born from the constant pursuit of quality and the valorization of the territory, which makes each point of sale a unique reference for the high art of pastry, chocolate, and coffee.
