Palmino Poli

Palmino Poli was born in Milan in 1944. He has held important management positions in large companies specialising in bakery and bread-making products. Between 2011 and 2020, he was president of AIBI, which in ASSITOL represents the companies of semi-finished bakery, pizza and pastry products. He was Vice-President of Assitol, as well as a member of the Board and Vice-President of Fedima, the European federation of the sector. He is currently a director of Selvania 1971, a company that produces semi-finished products for the confectionery industry. In recent years, in addition to his role as vice-president of Aibi, he has also held the position of delegate to the ASSITOL Presidency for trade fairs and events.
