Nichol Ng

Nichol Ng is CEO and Managing Director of X-Inc Pte Ltd, a group of companies that has been in the food business since the 1934. Together, the companies bring to life dreams in the food ecosystem – from foodservice and retail to logistics and property. Her passion to serve as well as desire to innovate an aging industry drove Nichol to acquire , rebrand and restructure the family business in May 2007. In 2012, Nichol co-founded The Food Bank Singapore, a charity which redistributes excess foods to more than 370 non-profit organisations that reach out to more than 300,000 underprivileged. As a Senior Accredited Board Director, she also holds leadership roles in various organisations: • Board Member of The Singapore Science Centre • Board Member of Playeum Inc • Board Member of Tan Tock Seng Neurology Department Medifund Board • Board Member of UN Global Compact Network Singapore • Executive Committee member of International Women's Federation • Member of The Young Presidents’ Organisation Amongst many others…… For her efforts in feeding the underprivileged, Nichol was named as one of the 10 honourees in The Peak magazine’s The Peak Power List 2016 and listed in Forbes Asia’s 2017 Heroes of Philanthropy and Harper’s Bazaar’s The Power List 2018. In 2021, she was the Southeast Asia honouree of the YPO Global Impact Award . X-Inc has also been recognized as a CHAMPION OF GOOD since 2018. More than just being a successful entrepreneur , Nichol is happily married to her partner of 27 years and believes that the best legacy to leave her four children (from ages 5 to 12) is not money but her life values.
