Marcel PAA is a certified master baker and pastry chef from Switzerland with extensive experience in the production of baked goods. After several years as a journeyman, he passed his master’s exam as the top of his class and represented Switzerland at the European Championships in Amsterdam. He further enhanced his expertise through numerous advanced training courses in the baking and confectionery sector.
In 2023, he crowned his professional career by earning the title of bread sommelier and becoming Vice President of the Richemont Club International.
In 2015, he launched his YouTube channel, “einfach backen,” with the goal of introducing as many people as possible to the art of baking. His knowledge, tested in practice, has proven to be highly effective and reliable.
