Biography

From a very young age, he embarked on a professional journey in the food and wine industry that took him from Italy to the United States and Japan. Luca realised that the Verace Pizza Napoletana would be the key to making the most of his experience. In 2014, the pizzeria +39 was opened in Castenaso in the province of Bologna, which is now listed in the best sector guides (gambero rosso, 50top pizza and il golosario). This was followed by a series of new openings under the +39 brand in Italy, Germany and Portugal. Judge in several championships and winner in 2002 of the Olympics of the true Neapolitan pizza ‘Mastunicola’ category. He is a reference point and Brand Ambassador Verace Pizza Napoletana for Emilia Romagna.
