Giacomo Pini

Giacomo Pini, with over twenty years of experience in the field, is an expert in catering and tourism marketing. Born in 1972, he is a consultant for several companies in the sector for which, with his staff, he takes care of start-up, strategic marketing, staff training and, more generally, all launch or repositioning activities. He is a trainer with more than 15,000 classroom hours, he carries out his activities throughout Italy and collaborates with companies, universities and professional higher education institutes including Alma and Cast Alimenti. In 2001, he founded Gp.Studios, a company specialising in consultancy and training in the hotel and restaurant industry, whose activities develop on a global scale. He is the author of several professional texts.
