Fabrizio Fiorani

Descrizione speaker

Fabrizio Fiorani was born in Rome in 1986. He began his career as a pastry consultant for top gourmet retailers and leading luxury hospitality groups worldwide. He has worked in some of Italy's finest kitchens, such as the Enoteca Pinchiorri*** in Florence. His desire for international experience led him to participate in the opening of Heinz Beck's restaurant in Tokyo, and since October 2015, he has been the pastry chef for BVLGARI, where he oversees the creativity behind all new products.

During the 2019 Asia's 50 Best Awards ceremony, he was honored as Asia's Best Pastry Chef. Since 2019, he has been in charge of the pastry department at the Duomo restaurant by Ciccio Sultano.
