Elisabetta Bernardi is a nutritionist, biologist and specialist in Food Science. Over twenty years of experience in communication and scientific research applied to nutrition. Author and presenter of the ‘Science in the kitchen’ column for the science television programme ‘Superquark’, hosted by Piero Angela and ‘Noos’ hosted by Alberto Angela. She is a lecturer in several universities, author of numerous scientific publications and popular books and coauthor of university texts.
