Born in Rome, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ‘La Sapienza’ University of Rome, Daniele Meldolesi has held various management positions in the past in important international companies, such as Crown Holdings Group, Cargill Group and Bimbo, both in Italy and abroad. Since 2020, he has been the general manager of Lesaffre Italia, a large company based in Sissa Trecasali in the province of Parma, which produces fresh yeast and sourdough, as well as marketing solutions for artisanal, industrial and home baking.
