Cristian Cantaluppi

Cristian Cantaluppi is an experienced personality working in the world of food and training and has been the new CEO of CAST Alimenti for a few months now. In addition to being an Independent Board Member at Collegio Arcivescovile De Filippi of the Curia Arcivescovile Ambrosiana in Milan, Cristian also works in the world of food with a Business Accelerator company in the Foodservice sector (BCA Holding SpA), where he followed, among many others, the Talent Garden Foodtech Campus projects and the sale of Peck Spa. CAST Alimenti trains its students in culinary arts and techniques such as cooking and pastry, and in the management of the entire hospitality sector. For 27 years, Cast has been a High Training School committed to teaching the most important pastry, cooking, ice-cream and bakery techniques in an accurate and professional manner, starting from the basics and without shortcuts in terms of time or method.
