Biography

Angelo Musa: The Discreet Genius of Pastry

Trained at the hospitality school in Metz, Angelo Musa has steadily climbed to the top of the pastry world. World Champion in 2003 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, he is now the chef pâtissier at Plaza Athénée in Paris and oversees the pastry sector of the prestigious The Lana in Dubai. He has collaborated with prominent figures like Alain Ducasse and opened a tea salon in London in 2022.

Curious and creative, Musa draws inspiration from personal experiences and meaningful encounters, such as his mentorship with Claude Bourguignon, who instilled in him a passion for excellence. Angelo Musa shares his story with young people, delivering a message of perseverance and positivity: "Anything is possible." Balancing tradition and innovation, his ultimate goal is simple: to create emotions through flavors.
