Andrea Carrassi

Descrizione speaker

Born in Rome in 1979, Andrea Carrassi graduated in Law at the University of Roma Tre, where he specialised with a master's degree in European Law. After his legal practice, during which he mainly dealt with civil and labour law, he started his collaboration with ASSITOL in 2006. In 2009, he worked for the European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki, before returning to the Association. In 2016, he became Director General of the Association. He is also Director of Assograssi (National Association of Animal Fats and Proteins Producers), and was Secretary General of the European Olive Oil Federation (Fedolive).
