After a training in Management&Marketing, together with a group of young people from Bologa who, like him, have always seen ice cream as a product that goes beyond the concept of a simple dessert, materialise the dream of ‘taking the quality of Italian ice cream on the road’ to the USA and UK. This led to the collaboration with the solid and historical ‘Cremeria Funivia’ in Bologna, of the master ice-cream maker Leonardo Ragazzi, which allowed him to create a quality product outside the national borders, creating the two brands ‘Gelato&Co’ and ‘Unico Gelato’ which are developing respectively in the USA/Caribbean and in the UK, both with a direct formula and in franchising, and today occupy a respectful space in the reference markets.
