The Caracciolo laboratory, founded in Brancaleone (RC) in 1965, Specialises in the production of semi-finished and finished products of almonds and other dried fruit for ice cream and pastry making: almond paste, marzipan, 100% pure pastes, spreadable creams, semi-finished products for the preparation of granitas, sorbets and almond-based drinks. Artisanal products of Italian origin, characterised by an authentic and unmistakable taste, free from artificial flavours and preservatives.
