About the product

It is a traditional bread made with yeast and selected wheat flour, which has an elongated and braided shape. One of the peculiarities of its production is the long dough fermentation process, after which the dough is divided and hand-shaped before baking. It is a bread with an airy crumb, creamy colour and a crispy crust.
