The Maestro Iginio Massari returns to the stage of the Pastry Arena at SIGEP World 2026 with the format "SIGEP World International Recognition - Different visions, great ideas". The excellence of world-class pastry will be on display, through the stories of 5 Master pastry chefs who have managed to establish themselves and become a point of reference for the sector, thanks to their ability to express their potential to the fullest. Five Masters will be awarded and will share with us their vision of pastry and their future projects.
Recognition will also be given to successful companies in the sector to highlight their history and products.
