Bread in the City - Bakery World Cup
Bakery Arena - Hall D8
Bread in The City, the international baking championship, returns to SIGEP World 2025 and will see teams from all over the world compete for the title of champion.
Now in its 6th edition, the competition, organized in partnership with Richemont Club Italy, will see 7 teams from all over the world, consisting of two candidates and one coach, compete in different tests:
Ciabatta and speciality breads
Freestyle breads
Viennoiseries
Oven-baked pies
Savoury presentation
The countries competing: China, Japan, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Peru and Spain.
