SIGEP WORLD 2026 will host for the second year “Pizza Senza Frontiere – World Pizza Champion Games”, the World Pizza Champions’ competition organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.
Talented pizza makers from over 30 countries will compete in an exciting challenge featuring 18 different categories, offering a complete overview of the many facets of the pizza world.
The categories range from classic pizza, the emblem of Italian tradition, to traditional Neapolitan pizza and Roman-style pizza, as well as more modern and innovative specialties, including creative categories such as dessert pizza.
The jury, composed of nearly 120 industry experts and world-renowned chefs, will carefully evaluate each pizza based on key criteria such as dough quality, baking, presentation, and flavor balance.
