The Gelato & Pastry Lab (Hall C2) is the SIGEP World space dedicated to demonstrations and challenges between professionals, students and masters in the sector.
A meeting point where techniques, ideas and new trends in the world of artisan gelato and pastry are shared.

 

Among the activities planned: high-level competitions, training sessions and opportunities to meet the leading figures of Italian and international excellence.
